Electron Beam Tungsten Filament
Electron beam tungsten filament is shorted for EB tungsten filament, which is made of qualified tungsten wire. Tungsten wire used for electron beam tungsten filament is with properties of good performance, high temperature resistance, and high melting point, low vapor pressure, and thermal conductivity, good corrosion- resistant and long lifetime.
Normally, Electron beam tungsten filament is made of tungsten wire with purity over 99.95% and density around 19.25g/cm3.
The wire diameter of electron beam tungsten filament is standard as following:
DIA.0.55mm
DIA.0.80mm
And if the diameter has got special requirement, such as DIA. 0.90mm, and so on, tungsten filament can also be manufactured.

of coiled incandescent lamp filaments, cathode and support structures for power tubes, heating elements for high temperature furnaces and
evaporation sources in metalizing processes. Thicker wire sizes,
straightened, finish-ground and cut into rod pieces are widely used for
glass-to-metal seal lead parts in the lighting and electronic industries.
